Shipping

Currently we ship to contiguous United States, excluding Alaska. To offer the best possible customer experience, we offer different carriers and several levels for shipping. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

UPS Ground usually delivers in 2 days for East Coast destinations. We recommend UPS 3 Day Select for West Coast destinations.

To avoid shipping delays, all orders are shipped on Mondays. Cut off for last order is Sunday midnight Eastern Time. All orders received by the cut off time will be shipped next day on Monday. Orders placed after Sunday ET 12mn will be shipped the following Monday.

We also offer express local delivery within the surrounding areas of Jupiter, FL. Please note that this only includes delivery. Your order will be dropped off at your front door, installation not included. This option is available for next day delivery. If you are interested in orchid installations, contact us directly.

Most of our orchids are blooming size. If otherwise, it would be noted on the individual product page. Blooming size means the plant is mature enough to spike. Our orchids may or may not be shipped in spike or blooming. For custom orders, contact us directly.

Replacement

We guarantee all our plants to be healthy and arrive in good condition. While we hand package every order with great care, it is possible for packages to be damaged during shipping. If you’re dissatisfied with an orchid you’ve received, get in touch with us and we will work with you to find a solution. Having said so, Vanda Veranda isn’t responsible for any damage that is beyond our control. In winter months, we will postpone shipments through and to freezing destinations.


To ensure all our Vanda Veranda customers are veritably happy with your purchases, we accept 30-day exchange or return on an orchid that is sent back alive. Unless there was a problem with the orchid, customers will be responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange or return. Contact us directly if you have any questions.
